Creamy white queso base & our house made taco meat with mozzarella and Monterey cheddar cheeses, then topped with Pico de Gallo (a mix of tomato, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro) upon completion! Try it with crushed tortilla chips on top to really take it over the edge!
